Join us for a half-day immersive Butchering and BBQ Cooking Class where our chef will instruct you in the art of chicken and beef butchering, along with crafting delicious BBQ pork belly tacos, grilled porchetta, scratch-made sauce, spiced sweet corn, and even dessert prepared outdoors. Once done enjoy dinner paired with wine. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of the outdoor cooking and also included is a FIscher & Wieser Knife Kit and apron.
