The Fischer & Wieser Heritage line represents our original products that would have been found at our roadside fruit stand, Das Peach Haus, in our early years beginning in 1969.  Our Texas Cactus Jelly is made in small batches and with simple ingredients that include cactus tuna (fruit) juice, lemon juice and pure cane sugar.  Enjoy classic Texas Hill Country flavors with every bite!
