Learn the basic loaf of bread then start making your own delicious baguette style breads with Chef Chef Amy Maize.  In this 2 - 2.5 hour class you will master the traditional loaf, learn how to maximize you home oven with beautiful French baguettes and dessert breads.  Class includes a meal and wine.
