Join us for a fun and interactive 2-2.5 hour hands on sausage making cooking class with Chef Andi Thielen and Chef Heide Walker.  Both chef have recently joined our team and are bringing authentic German cooking to our school. 

What better way to make authentic German sausage than with a native German butcher! Chef Andi was born and raised in Bremerhaven, Germany and moved to San Antonio 2 years ago. Chef Heidi grew up in the alpine mountains of Tirol, Austria and came to live in Texas 14 years ago. Heidi and Andi are owners of the new and upcoming German food truck "Schnitzel Box" in San Antonio.

About our classes: It's not just about recipes and learning essential techniques, you will enjoy a great dinner with wine and great company.  Our talented chefs will share their cooking expertise in a fun and relaxed environment.  You'll learn how to read, prep and execute a recipe through demonstrations and hands on interaction. 

Menu:
Baked Mushrooms with Garlic Dipping Sauce
Bratwurst
Potato Salad
Green Bean Salad
Peach Melba

Wine is included with the meal. 

Fischer & Wieser Cooking School recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with the Cooking School before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.  Fischer& Wieser products are manufactured in a facility that processes: Peanuts, tree nuts, milk, fish, soy, wheat and eggs.
