Chef Mathew Church starts us off our Summer series with a fun 2.5 hour hands-on culinary experience.  You will cook with the chef and learn how to prepare some of "Soul Food"  favorites.  Each course will feature  with Fischer & Wieser Wines  paired especially by Chef Church.  


Butternut Squash Soup with Crema and Chives
Strawberry and Feta Salad
Strawberry vinaigrette, arugula, red leaf lettuce, feta, red onion, pecans
Pork Chop
Brined and pan-fried pork chop with caramelized onion, sweet potato puree, roasted Brussel sprouts
Brown Butter Pecan Blondie with house made whipped cream and pecans

Matt Church has been cooking in the Texas Hill Country for 15 years, the past 10 years have been based in Hye, Texas. In 2022, Matt had the opportunity to start Church, a food truck with friend-and-now-business partner Aaron Wilson.
