Join us for tips and tricks to safe and proper knife technique. In this hands-on cooking class Chef Leo Aguirre, Private Chef and Local Foodie, will guide you through a variety of commonly used knife skills and how to use them in the kitchen. Chef Aguirre will teach you the anatomy and basic technique for breaking down a whole chicken as well as how to de-bone a chicken. He will talk through a variety of portions/cuts, demonstrate on how to prepare stock/bone broth and finally you will learn how to wrap chicken roulade which together you will prepare as your main course. You will enjoy eating your amazing knife cuts and other wonderful additions prepared by you and your chef.
