In this 2 to 2.5 hour Italian experience, Chef Amy Maize, will take you through northern Italy and teach the techniques of Ravioli making and more. At the end of your Italian cooking journey enjoy your creation as your dinner paired with Chef Amy's favorite Fischer & Wieser Wines.
