In this 2 to 2.5 hour Italian experience, Chef Amy Maize, will take you through the Sicilian and Piedmont regions of Italy and teach the techniques of beef braising with red wine, creating the correct eggplant texture for the rich flavored Caponata and  cream cooking 101.  At the end of your Italian experience enjoy your creation as your dinner family style.  Wines is included with your class.
