To Make Gravy: Mix entire jar of starter with 2 T. of heavy cream or milk and 1/2 cup (4oz) of water. For richer gravy, mix entire jar with 2 T. heavy cream or milk and 1/2 cup (4oz) of broth.  Stir over medium heat for at least 12 minutes. Pro Tip: Add turkey pan drippings instead of water to boost the flavor.
