The Fischer & Wieser Heritage line represents our original products that would have been found at our roadside fruit stand, Das Peach Haus, in our early years beginning in 1969.  Our Texas Strawberry Preserves is made in small batches and with simple ingredients that include strawberries, pure cane sugar, and lemon juice.  Enjoy classic Texas Hill Country flavors with every bite!
